Itstands E-Bike Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
Only applicable to United States e-bike purchases from itstandsbike.com. Bikes purchased outside the Itstands official website must contact their original dealer for after-sale service. All Itstands bike owners are entitled to contact the Itstands CS Team for troubleshooting service throughout the lifetime of their bikes.
Note: We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental United States (the lower 48 states).
Warranty Start
Itstands warrants the products for a limited time from the date of delivery of the original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Itstands' published guidelines.
Coverage Components
Frame - 2 Years
- Frame
Electrical Parts - 1 Year
- Motor, throttle, PAS control panel, controller, wiring harness, front light, rear light and charger
Battery - 1 Year
- Up to 300 charging cycles, whichever occurs first
- Batteries are designed to retain up to 75% of their original capacity during this time
Display - 1 Year
Not included if damaged due to improper use or operation.
Accessories - 1 Year
1-year warranty from the date of delivery of the original purchase.
Other Essential Components - 1 Year
- Suspension forks, stem, handlebar, headset, brakes (excluding brake pads), bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, kickstand, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, and shifter
Ownership & Duration of Coverage
- First Owner (Original Purchaser): Frame covered 2 years; all other components 1 year
- Subsequent Owner (Second or Later Owner): Not covered by warranty but can contact the CS Team for assistance
Limitations
- Paint and graphics not covered
- Suspension forks and suspension parts are not included in the frame definition
- Consumables and normal wear parts: tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chain, spokes
- Third-party components are not covered
- Improper maintenance, crash, neglect, unauthorized parts, misuse, water damage, or battery misuse are not covered
- Damage during shipping is not covered, unless notified within 14 days with photos/videos.
Claims Process
- Itstands requires photos/videos of damaged components before replacement

- CS team will advise on simple fixes or replacement procedures
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Itstands agrees otherwise
- Replacement warranty is tied to original purchase date and does not reset
Transferability
Warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners. Second or later owners may contact CS Team for assistance.
Disclaimers
Itstands may limit warranty service to the country of purchase. To the extent allowed by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. Certain states or countries may not allow exclusions or limitations of damages; limitations may not apply.
