Thank you for shopping with Itstands. Below is our detailed shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process.

Shipping Countries

United States: We provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

Shipping Time

  • USA: 24-hour processing, 3-7 business days delivery (excluding pre-sale products).
  • Accessories and parts: 7-14 days delivery.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. (We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.)

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has shipped.

Shipping Changes

Costs associated with shipping changes:

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow extra time for updates as local couriers may experience slight delays. Track your package through the carrier's website.
  • If you do not receive tracking information, email support@itstandsbike.com for assistance.
  • Bikes are carefully packaged for transport. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct. Itstands is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any loss or theft after signing the receipt. Inspect your product for damage within 48 hours of receipt. Freight damage claims are time-sensitive. Contact support@itstandsbike.com promptly for solutions and compensation.

E-Bikes are not for sale to persons under the age of 16. Underage riders MUST be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.
